Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the electrical grid in real-time using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to grid stability.
- Prepare reports on grid performance, energy generation, and load patterns for management.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance activities and emergency response procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing energy dispatch and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with system operators and engineers to ensure system integrity and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-5 years of experience in grid operations, power system analysis, or energy market analysis.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and power system terminology.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, critical operational environment.
