Reporting & Insights Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Reporting & Insights Specialist to lead complex reporting and PCA data packs across our connected media portfolio. You will produce campaign reports, maintain dashboards, validate data sources and turn performance data into commentary that shapes the next campaign.

Responsibilities

• Gather campaign performance data from agreed sources.
• Maintain dashboards and report templates.
• Validate data consistency with Ad Ops and platform reports.
• Track KPI delivery against the measurement framework.
• Highlight variances, trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Lead the development of PCA data packs and Start/Stop/Continue outputs.
• Escalate unreliable or incomplete data, and hold reporting outputs where data is incomplete.

What you'll own:

• Weekly and monthly reports – tracking campaign delivery and KPI performance.
• Dashboard updates – maintaining the agreed reporting dashboard.
• Data validation checks – confirming data sources and figures are reliable.
• Performance variance notes – flagging over- or under-performance.
• PCA data packs – providing the evidence base for the PCA.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in campaign reporting, analytics or insight development, including complex multi-channel accounts.
• Data accuracy – gather and validate data carefully.
• Reporting discipline – update reports consistently and on time.
• Analytical thinking – identify trends and variances.
• Tool capability – comfort with reporting tools, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Communication – explain results clearly.
• Collaboration – work effectively with Ad Ops, specialists and planners.

This role does not set strategy, select channels, book media, reconcile invoices, traffic campaigns or own the client relationship.
