About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Remote Janitorial Services Manager to lead their janitorial operations across multiple locations. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive janitorial strategies, managing contracts with external vendors, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized janitorial programs and procedures across all company sites.
• Select, manage, and evaluate third-party janitorial service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for janitorial services, conducting regular remote performance reviews.
• Oversee budgets for janitorial services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Develop and deploy training materials and best practices for site-level teams overseeing cleaning efforts.
• Address and resolve any escalated janitorial service issues or concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in janitorial services management , facilities management, or a related field, with a focus on remote oversight.
• Strong understanding of cleaning industry best practices, standards, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools, project management software, and data analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for janitorial operations.
