About the Role

Our client, a dynamic Recruitment Consultancy operating in Durban , is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant specializing in the technology sector. This role is crucial for sourcing and placing skilled IT professionals with a diverse range of clients across KwaZulu-Natal. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, building strong relationships, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. This is an office-based position, offering a collaborative and energetic work environment where you can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technology roles, ensuring a high caliber of applicants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical staffing needs and company culture.
• Manage job postings, candidate databases, and the full recruitment pipeline using our ATS.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of technology trends and talent availability in Durban .
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the candidate market in KwaZulu-Natal .
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
