About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer specializing in Leadership Development for their remote workforce. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, with a specific focus on leadership development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs, both in-person and virtually.
• Expertise in leadership theories, management skills, communication, and team building.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with strong virtual facilitation capabilities.
