Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for enhancement.


• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


• Design and document new or revised processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvement projects from initiation to completion.


• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, ensuring sustained results.


• Train employees on new processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement , industrial engineering, or operations management.


• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools (certification preferred).


• Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to drive change.
