About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Business Partner to support their operational teams in Polokwane . This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with the unique demands of operational functions. You will partner closely with operations management to address workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development needs, ensuring HR strategies contribute directly to operational efficiency and success. This is a key role within the Limpopo region, contributing to the operational excellence of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support and guidance to operational leadership and teams.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies for operational roles.
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively applied and aligned with operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting operational or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of operational challenges and HR's role in supporting them.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, particularly in Polokwane settings.
