About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and friendly Retail Customer Service Representative to join their team in Soweto . You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and process transactions with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, providing product information and support.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area.
• Restock merchandise and assist with visual merchandising as needed.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
