Remote Civil Site Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Remote Civil Site Engineer to provide remote oversight and support for construction projects across various locations. While based remotely, you will be instrumental in ensuring that construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate technical guidance and resolve issues virtually. You will work closely with on-site teams and project managers to ensure the successful execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical guidance and support to on-site construction teams.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications for site implementation.
• Monitor construction progress and quality through remote reporting and virtual site inspections.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical queries and challenges in coordination with project managers.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental best practices across project sites.
• Prepare and review site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering construction and site supervision.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide practical solutions to site challenges.
