About the Role

Our client seeks a skilled Technical Support Representative to assist customers in Richards Bay with technical inquiries and issues. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting software and hardware problems, providing clear, step-by-step guidance. This role is critical for ensuring our customers can fully utilize our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.

• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers or development teams.

Requirements
