Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing multi-million Rand projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, operational excellence, or a related specialization.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, suitable for executive-level interactions.
