Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of various leisure and hospitality departments (e.g., accommodation, food & beverage, recreation).
• Develop and implement service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff performance, training, and development across all operational teams.
• Control departmental budgets, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality or leisure operations management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and relevant hospitality software.
