Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews in planting, cultivation, pest control, and harvesting activities.
• Monitor crop health and growth, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of daily farm tasks, coordinating with the farm manager.
• Maintain equipment and infrastructure, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate records of field activities, yields, and labor hours.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in agricultural field operations or supervision.
• Solid understanding of crop cycles, soil management, and pest identification.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and tools.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
