Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Our client is seeking a visionary and transformative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology strategy and execution. This executive role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's technology, including software development, infrastructure, IT operations, and cybersecurity. You will drive technological innovation, align technology initiatives with business goals, and build and manage high-performing engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and manage the engineering, IT, and cybersecurity departments, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure and software platforms.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all technology systems.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud computing, data architecture, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience in managing large budgets and diverse technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong experience with enterprise-level technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
