Our client, a distinguished firm within the management consultancy sector, is actively seeking a talented Management Consultant specializing in Performance Improvement to join their growing practice in East London . This role involves diagnosing performance issues, developing data-driven strategies, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients. You will collaborate with diverse teams to drive measurable improvements in key business areas, contributing significantly to client success and the firm's reputation. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and operational performance to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
  • Develop tailored performance improvement strategies and actionable roadmaps for implementation.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to gather data, brainstorm solutions, and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Implement improvement initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure the achievement of desired performance gains.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in diagnosing complex business problems and developing practical, effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance measurement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
