About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to mining software and systems, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to implement system upgrades and new technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and system enhancements.
• Provide training and support to users of mining software and systems across various locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations or a related technical support role.
• Proven experience with mining-specific software suites (e.g., Deswik, Vulcan, MineSight) and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of remote monitoring systems and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
