Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consult with clients to create personalized treatment and homecare plans.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of aestheticians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Develop and update treatment protocols and service offerings to align with industry innovations and client demand.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and quality control.
• Promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages, exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician , with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Advanced certifications in various aesthetic techniques and medical-grade skincare.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
• Deep understanding of dermatological conditions and effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of spa management software and point-of-sale systems.
