About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Residential Real Estate Agent to represent their brand in Rustenburg . This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, providing expert advice, and guiding them through every step of the transaction process. You will leverage your local market knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication abilities, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to clients in the North West province, making a significant impact on their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

• List and market residential properties for sale or rental.
• Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and the selling/buying process.
• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
• Negotiate terms of agreements to meet client expectations.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts within Rustenburg .

Requirements

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and NQF4 qualification.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a focus on residential properties.
• Strong understanding of the local property market in Rustenburg and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed and achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
