Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Expertise in various recruitment methodologies, including executive search and RPO models.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Western Cape job market and industry-specific demands.
