Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and providing in-depth analysis to support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments, translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive management.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial needs and provide strategic insights.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills for a remote environment.
