Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the lodge
• Lead; mentor, and motivate the lodge team to deliver exceptional service standards
• Ensure personalised and outstanding guest experiences across all touchpoints
• Maintain high operational, hospitality, and service standards throughout the property
• Oversee staff performance, training, and development initiatives
• Manage operational budgets and contribute to the lodge’s financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure the property is consistently maintained to luxury standards
• Drive a positive team culture and lead by example

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
• Strong operational and leadership capabilities
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• Sound financial and administrative understanding
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on management style
• Professional; confident, and well-presented manner
• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a remote lodge environment
