About the Role Our client, a dynamic investment group operating in Kimberley , is seeking a sharp and resourceful Legal Advisor with expertise in Corporate Finance . This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, investment structures, and regulatory compliance. You will provide critical legal support for the group's investment activities, transactions, and corporate governance across the Northern Cape . Key Responsibilities Advise on the legal aspects of investment transactions, including equity and debt financing. Draft and negotiate investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documents. Ensure compliance with securities regulations, financial services laws, and corporate governance standards. Conduct legal due diligence on potential investments and transaction counterparties. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel on finance-related matters. Requirements Admitted attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience, focusing on corporate finance or M&A. Strong knowledge of South African financial markets, company law, and securities regulations. Experience in drafting and negotiating complex financial and investment agreements.
