Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to energy projects, procurement, and services.

- Conduct legal research on emerging legal trends affecting the energy industry.
Requirements
- Admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably with exposure to the energy sector or commercial law.
- Solid understanding of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance matters.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-legal stakeholders in Durban .
