About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for their properties in Stellenbosch. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract buyers and tenants, enhance brand visibility, and drive property sales and leasing. You will manage all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, public relations, and event planning, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and a passion for crafting compelling brand stories within the vibrant Stellenbosch landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for new developments and existing property portfolios.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns, to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, websites, and virtual tours.
• Plan and execute successful marketing events, open houses, and property launch activities.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscapes in Stellenbosch.
• Collaborate with sales teams, agents, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
