Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve service excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all aspects of the operation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior operations role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH management, P&L, and cost control.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
