Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various industries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist , Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of market intelligence and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
