About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends relevant to the business.

• Champion digital innovation and change management across the organization, fostering a culture of digital literacy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital projects and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office-based collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
