Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of mining-related projects, from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource requirements for operational enhancements.
• Coordinate activities between internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving deviations from the plan.
• Ensure all projects adhere to stringent health, safety, and environmental standards within the mining context.
• Communicate project status and key findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion within the mining industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including capital expenditure projects.
• Strong understanding of mining processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project.
