Key Responsibilities
- Conduct forest inventories, timber cruising, and site assessments to gather data on forest health, composition, and volume.
- Assist in the development and implementation of forest management plans, including silvicultural treatments and reforestation projects.
- Monitor forest ecosystems for pests, diseases, and environmental impacts, reporting findings to foresters.
- Operate and maintain forestry equipment, including GPS devices, measurement tools, and light machinery.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in forestry operations or forest management support.
- Proficiency in forest mensuration techniques and data collection methods.
- Experience with GIS software for mapping and spatial analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in rugged outdoor conditions.
