Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Gym Manager to oversee operations in their facility located in Tembisa . Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day gym operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the gym staff, including trainers, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase membership and retention.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and drive profitability for the Tembisa branch.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations for the facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in gym management or a similar leadership role within the fitness industry.
