Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in the IT or technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract top IT talent, understanding technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
