Job description

We are looking for an energetic charismatic and target-driven UK Sales Consultant BAE to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with UK customers understanding their needs and converting customer enquiries into successful sales. This role requires a consultative sales approach strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

The ideal candidate will be confident persuasive and commercially driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.



Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably within a consultative or customer-focused sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent listening negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive energetic self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
