Welder

Our client is looking for a skilled and certified Welder to join their manufacturing and fabrication team in Soweto . This role requires expertise in various welding techniques to produce high-quality metal products and structures. You will be responsible for preparing materials, performing precise welds, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards for strength and durability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing exceptional work in a production environment in Soweto .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and shaping.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working order.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder with relevant certifications (e.g., trade test, specific welding certifications).
