Graduate Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

• Develop process flow diagrams and other documentation to support business understanding.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business principles and process analysis.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various levels of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation is a plus, while working in Port Elizabeth .
