Zoho System Administrator & Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture and log all factory processes and manufacturing information on Zoho.

• Ensure the complete manufacturing process, from start to finish, is accurately recorded and managed on Zoho.

• Operate and manage the Zoho system effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date factory and production information on the system.

• Generate and manage Zoho reports relating to factory operations and production.

• Analyse information and data captured on Zoho and provide relevant reports to management.

• Assist with improving and streamlining factory processes through the effective use of Zoho.

• Ensure that all relevant manufacturing information is captured correctly and consistently.

• Provide system support to users where required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Technical/System Requirements:

• Experience with Zoho applications, particularly Zoho Creator, CRM, Inventory, Analytics, or other relevant Zoho platforms.

• Experience with ERP, manufacturing, production, or workflow management systems.

• Ability to understand and map business/manufacturing processes into a digital system.

• Experience with data analysis, dashboards, reporting, and system-generated reports.

• Must be willing to learn and understand the factory machinery and manufacturing processes.

Package & Remuneration

R 25 000.00 CTC pm – R 35 000.00 CTC pm (depending on experience and qualifications)
