The Role: Creative Solutions Lead
The Creative Solutions Lead ensures every project is strategically aligned, commercially viable, operationally achievable, and fully prepared before entering the Creative Studio. Acting as the bridge between Client Service, Sales, Production, and the Studio, this role exists to challenge and refine briefs, align stakeholders, remove obstacles, and ensure creative teams receive high-quality, actionable briefs that enable exceptional creative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Bring 7 to 10 years of experience within a creative agency, POP, print, packaging, or retail marketing environment to the role.
Own the intake, evaluation, and refinement of all creative briefs to ensure complete strategic alignment and commercial viability.
Prioritise work entering the Studio in direct coordination with the Studio Director.
Coordinate across Client Service, Sales, Production, and Operations to maintain project momentum and resolve delivery risks.
Ensure projects align with budget, timelines, and operational capability while communicating commercial implications of scope changes.
Support accurate project scoping, costing, and resource planning.
Drive continuous improvement of briefing standards, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
About You
7 to 10 years' experience within a creative agency, POP, print, packaging, or retail marketing environment.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Production, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of creative, production, and operational workflows alongside production and print knowledge.
Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, solving complex operational challenges, and translating business objectives into effective creative solutions.
Strategic and commercial thinking capabilities with expertise in creative briefing, project readiness, risk identification, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Strong communication and influencing skills with an organized, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
