Home Loans Sales Consultant

Role Overview You will be responsible for actively sourcing and converting new home loan business through various lead channels, including estate agents, bond originators, and direct client engagement. This role focuses on needs-based selling and delivering tailored home finance solutions, while providing exceptional client service throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct marketing Conduct detailed client needs analysis and assess affordability and financial position Pre-qualify clients by evaluating credit profiles and financial background Recommend and structure appropriate home loan solutions Guide clients through the application process, including documentation and credit requirements Maintain consistent communication throughout the application and approval process Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate referrals Accurately complete and submit applications with all required supporting documents Minimum Requirements Matric Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Proven external sales experience (financial services, banking, insurance, or property preferred) Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience working with leads, pipelines, and conversion targets Competencies Results-driven and target-oriented Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work under pressure High level of drive and self-motivation Strong organisational and administrative skills Non-Negotiables Own vehicle +2 External sales experience (Insurance/Financial services) Stable sales track record Comfortable working with targets Willingness to do field marketing Reside in the area of the vacancy #J-18808-Ljbffr
