Buying & Replenishment Coordinator (Junior)

Are you passionate about retail, numbers, and problem‑solving? Mambos is looking for a Junior Buying & Replenishment Coordinator to join our Buying Team.

This entry‑level role is perfect for someone with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll support the team with replenishment, supplier coordination, and reporting—helping us keep shelves stocked and customers happy.

We’re not just looking for admin support. We want someone curious, commercially minded, and ready to grow.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor stock levels and sales trends
• Generate replenishment orders and track supplier performance
• Maintain accurate product and supplier data
• Analyse sales and inventory reports to support buying decisions
• Work closely with Buyers, Stores, and Supply Chain

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Retail, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail admin, replenishment, or supply chain (graduates welcome)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interest in retail technology and AI tools
