A rewarding opportunity is available for an ambitious Junior/Trainee F&I Consultant to join an established automotive dealership group in Bloemfontein.

This role is ideal for someone keen to build a career in Finance & Insurance and committed to completing their F&I qualification.

Under the guidance of an experienced F&I team you will gain practical exposure to the finance and insurance process while building the skills and knowledge needed to grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle finance and insurance administration
• Support the F&I team with finance applications and deal processing
• Assist with preparing and maintaining accurate deal files
• Capture and update customer and deal information on Dealernet
• Liaise with customers banks and relevant service providers as required
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and finance approvals
• Assist with compliance and administrative requirements
• Develop knowledge of F&I products processes and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the Sales and F&I teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process
• Perform duties under the supervision and guidance of an experienced F&I professional

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Previous automotive dealership experience will be advantageous
• Previous F&I administration or vehicle finance experience will be advantageous
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Eager to learn and develop within the F&I environment
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
• Willing and able to travel between dealerships within Bloemfontein as requiredClear criminal and credit record
• Stable employment history with contactable references

Additional Advantages

• RE5 qualification
• NCA accreditation
• Relevant Class of Business (COB) completed
• RE5 NCA or COB currently in progress
• Previous experience working on Dealernet
• Previous exposure to F&I administration or vehicle finance
