Contract Duration: 10 Months

Criteria

Relevant qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the role

• South African citizens aged 18–35 years
• Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role
• No criminal record and a clear credit history
• Physically able to handle and move document boxes (where required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Basic understanding of document handling and records management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required

Minimum requirements

• Diploma (minimum requirement)
• Degree advantageous
• Computer literacy (essential)
• Ability to type efficiently without looking at the keyboard
• Experience working in a computer-based environment

Duties

• Analyse and prepare documents for indexing
• Assign metadata (e.g., name, date, document type and content)
• Capture and extract data accurately
• Conduct quality checks on indexed data
• Store and retrieve data securely in line with company policies
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
