Job description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate systems and applications using APIs.
- Build and maintain workflows, automation agents, and AI platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Monitor, optimise, and support deployed solutions.
Essential Experience & Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in software development, automation, data engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience building AI or Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agent-based workflows
- Automation pipelines
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with at least one additional programming language such as Java, TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs.
- Working knowledge of:
- Linux environments
- Containerisation technologies
- CI/CD pipelines
- Version control systems
- Production monitoring tools
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
