Are you a trade-tested Millwright Service Manager with experience in industrial compressors and blowers?
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Service Manager to lead a technical service operation, driving service excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with proven operational and customer management skills.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Lead field service, workshop, and after-sales operations
• Manage service technicians, supervisors, and support teams
• Coordinate breakdowns, maintenance, overhauls, and service projects
• Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
• Manage customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships
• Grow after-sales revenue through spare parts, repairs, upgrades, and service contracts
• Monitor service KPIs, labour utilisation, turnaround times, and profitability
• Oversee parts planning, service reporting, job closure, and warranty processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• 7–10+ years’ experience in industrial service, rotating equipment, workshop or field-service management
• Strong experience with compressors, blowers, vacuum systems or similar rotating equipment
• Proven leadership experience managing technical service teams
• Strong customer-facing and relationship management abilities
• Commercially minded with experience identifying and converting service opportunities
• Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple service demands while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Qualifications:

• Trade Tested Millwright – essential
• Management or supervisory training advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
