Senior Marketing Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing suppliers and agencies, overseeing community engagement activities, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's brand standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of annual marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Coordinate content creation and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Brand Management

• Act as a custodian of the organisation's brand identity.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and visual standards across all communication platforms.
• Review marketing collateral and promotional material for quality and compliance.

Digital Marketing & Communications

• Coordinate social media and digital marketing activities.
• Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Monitor online engagement and escalate customer queries where appropriate.
• Support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement campaigns.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, media partners and service providers.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Community Management Oversight

• Provide guidance and support to community management personnel.
• Monitor service standards and response times.
• Assist with customer communication and reputation management initiatives.

Events & Activations

• Coordinate marketing events, activations and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage event logistics and supplier relationships.
• Ensure successful delivery of events within budget and agreed timelines.

Reporting & Administration

• Track marketing expenditure and assist with budget management.
• Compile campaign and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, schedules and project documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a marketing coordination, brand, communications or related role.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and projects.
• Previous exposure to supplier and agency management.
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing activities.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience will be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Social media management platforms.
• Content management and digital marketing tools.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
