Client Insights / Mystery Shopper - Gauteng
POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a professional and observant Mystery Shopper / Client Insights Consultant to assist with evaluating customer experience and service standards across automotive dealerships in Gauteng.
The successful candidate will visit dealerships anonymously, assess the full customer journey and provide detailed, objective feedback on service levels, sales processes and overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping visits at automotive dealerships
- Assess customer service, sales approach and dealership experience
- Evaluate staff professionalism, product knowledge and responsiveness
- Observe and report on dealership processes and standards
- Complete detailed reports following each visit
- Provide clear and objective client insights
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement
- Travel to various dealership locations across Gauteng
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, automotive sales, retail, research or mystery shopping advantageous
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and discreet approach
- Able to provide accurate and unbiased feedback
- Strong report-writing and administrative skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential
- Willing and able to travel throughout Gauteng
- Flexible availability
