About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join their team in Nelspruit . You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership. This role is essential for client retention and growth, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with sales, support, and operations teams to provide a seamless client experience, contributing to a culture of partnership and service excellence in Mpumalanga.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and service enhancement.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Client Relations , Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and relevant business tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
