Site Agent (Residential Building) Construction Industry

Description

RPO Recruitments client a well-established building contractor is seeking a strong and experienced Site Agent to join their team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of new-build residential developments and must have a proven track record managing residential construction projects from start to completion.

Requirements:

• 10 years construction experience with a strong track record in site management.
• Proven experience as a Site Agent on new-build residential projects is essential.
• Relevant National Diploma BTech or degree in Construction Management Building Science or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies building processes and site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors labour materials and plant.
• Strong programme and progress monitoring skills.
• Good understanding of QA/QC health and safety and snag management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documentation.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be highly organised hands-on and able to take full responsibility for site delivery.
