About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Leader to guide and supervise a team on their manufacturing line in Benoni . This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production staff on the assigned line, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth operation and quality output.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support to existing staff.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Communicate production status, issues, and achievements to production supervisors.

Requirements
