Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who takes real ownership. Someone who runs campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution to reporting, and who spots opportunities before being asked. Working closely with the Head of Communications and Digital Marketing, you will own the day-to-day engine of our digital marketing: campaigns, CRM, content, website, and lead generation. If you combine creative flair with an analytical mindset and a hunger to try new tools, including AI, this role gives you the autonomy to make it yours.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end digital campaigns: plan, build, launch, measure, and refine campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
• CRM and marketing automation: build and segment email campaigns in our CRM/Marketing Automation Platform, and manage lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and routing in partnership with Sales.
• Website and search: maintain and develop website content in our CMS, apply SEO best practices, and run paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversion.
• Creative content: identify and execute content opportunities (pages, social, video, brochures, flyers) that resonate with our audiences, coordinating designers, printers, and vendors.
• Social media and messaging channels: run our corporate social channels (paid and organic) and other social channels to engage customers.
• Insight and reporting, evaluate performance across channels, develop KPI reports, research industry activity, and propose engagement strategies from what you find.
• New digital avenues, continuously investigate new ways to engage customers, including AI tools that make our marketing smarter and faster.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing (or IT) and 3+ years of digital marketing experience. However, relevant and demonstrable experience in lieu of a qualification will also be considered.
• A self-starter mindset: curious, takes initiative, and owns outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms — HubSpot preferred.
• A solid grasp of how digital marketing works: SEO/SEM, paid and organic social, email, analytics, and lead management.
• Creative flair with a proven ability to create content that speaks to a target audience’s pain points and questions.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging digital tools, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• An analytical eye for digital metrics, plus excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; a driver’s license is required.
