We have an exciting learning opportunity for a Graduate: Food Safety, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
Assist with maintaining food safety certifications and audit requirements, including FSSC 22000, export accreditation, FSA, IBL, RSPO, and other regulatory standards.
Participate in external audits and support the execution of internal food safety and quality audits.
Maintain audit trackers and monitor compliance with Food Safety Management System requirements.
Assist in reviewing, updating, and controlling food safety policies, procedures, forms, and related documentation.
Support HACCP reviews, including hazard analyses, process flow diagrams, CCPs, OPRPs, and food safety risk assessments.
Review CCP monitoring, verification, and validation records to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Coordinate food safety meetings, maintain records and minutes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage document control processes, including master indexes, amendment registers, and distribution of updated food safety documentation.
