Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for assigned categories, including market analysis and supplier selection.
• Conduct complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and service levels.
• Manage end-to-end contract administration, from drafting to execution and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to all company procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing significant supplier contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite .
